All accessories are curated for real-world psilocybin use — nothing gimmicky, nothing borrowed from head-shop inventory.
The two accessories every psilocybin user should own: an accurate scale (below 0.05g precision, dried mushrooms are dose-sensitive enough that a cheap kitchen scale won't cut it) and a grinder or mortar (grinding your eighth into a homogenous powder before weighing session doses eliminates the cap-versus-stem potency variance).

Which scale should I buy for dosing mushrooms? A jewelry-style scale with 0.01g precision is the standard. Cheap kitchen scales that only read to 1g are useless for microdose (0.1–0.3g) and imprecise for standard doses (2–3.5g). Our recommended scales calibrate with a supplied test weight, resolve to 0.01g, and top out around 100g or 200g of capacity — plenty for any home use case. Keep the scale flat, wait for auto-tare to zero, and weigh doses inside a small paper cup or coffee filter to make cleanup easy.
How should I store dried magic mushrooms? Airtight glass jar with a food-grade desiccant packet, stored in a cool dark place below 70°F. Never refrigerate whole mushrooms (moisture is the enemy). Never freeze whole caps (cell walls rupture on thaw and psilocybin degrades). Properly stored, dried mushrooms retain 90%+ potency for 12–24 months. Ground powder degrades faster than whole caps — grind only what you plan to use within 3 months.
Do I need a grinder? Yes if you want consistent dosing. Psilocybin concentrates in caps more than stems and in smaller mushrooms more than larger ones — grinding your eighth into a uniform powder eliminates that variance. Any small electric coffee grinder or handheld herb grinder works. Wipe with alcohol between uses.
