Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
At Mush Love, customer satisfaction and product integrity matter. Because of the sensitive/perishable nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase is completed. We will, however, offer an exchange on defective or damaged products per the guidelines below.
2. Exchanges on Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at contact@mushlovemi.com or visit our Ann Arbor location within 7 days of purchase.
Exchange requirements:

Item purchased directly from Mush Love Ann Arbor

Valid proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

Defect verified by our staff upon inspection
If approved, we’ll replace the item with the same product or one of equal value. No cash or credit refunds.
3. No Shipping or Mail-In Returns
Mush Love does not ship or deliver. All purchases and exchanges must be completed in-store at our Ann Arbor location. We cannot accept mailed items or ship replacements.
4. Product Responsibility
Once a product leaves our store, proper storage/handling is the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or transportation after purchase.
